		<description>I was diagnosed with gout at age 26 and am now 76.  Recently received an ACID for my heart problems.  I received a zero percent disability for gout in 1973 from the VA.  Based on your study I been unable to increase by disability.  My ACID is for atrial fib and syncope.  What avenue do you suggest for me to take to convince the VA that heart problems as well as diseases CAN be attributed to gout for 50 years.</description>
